We evaluate the condition of the property and its potential for refurbishment or repositioning, making sure that it aligns with our sustainability goals. We aim to increase the property’s value and functionality, while preserving its character.
Community Impact

In the process of repurposing buildings, we prioritise preservation while integrating modern efficiencies to enhance overall performance. Our approach to tenant curation involves selecting a diverse mix of businesses that enhance the vibrancy of our properties. We provide continuous support to our tenants, fostering strong relationships and enabling their success. This commitment ensures our spaces remain dynamic, attractive, and valuable to both tenants and the broader community.
Our current portfolio includes more than 70 properties valued at over S$1.5 billion, offering more than 349,000 square feet of leasable space. We take pride in nurturing a community of over 95 tenants, featuring Michelin-starred F&B, creative retail, award-winning agencies, innovative entrepreneurs, boutique hotels, and unique accommodations.

As part of our portfolio expansion, we ventured into the hospitality space since 2017.
