Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, Asset Management, you will support the Asset Managers on development of asset strategies working towards Company’s directions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of Investment Management, Property Management, Leasing & Marketing, and Finance professionals.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review business performance to identify recommend areas of improvement, such as financial performance of the asset, leasing status, rental collection, operating expenses, planned capital expenditure etc
  • Support implementation and hands on execution of asset management strategies including asset positioning, leasing and marketing, capital expenditure planning, property management and annual budgeting
  • Collaborate with Asset and Development Management team to prepare asset enhancement, re-positioning or refurbishment strategies and plans
  • Upkeep and improvement of the portfolio database and asset financial models
  • Assist in management reporting, cash flow management and asset valuation
  • Prepare internal and external memorandums and meeting minutes, management and investor presentations, as required
  • Research of relevant real estate market data and trends
  • Support Investment Management team with validating underwriting, asset strategies, onboarding of new assets and divestment planning and activities
  • Any other tasks or projects where required

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience; in real estate / brokerage/ financial institutions/ developer/ financial advisory firms
  • Highly analytical with strong numerical skills, strong in financial modelling and analysis
  • Strong capability in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player, with a positive and pleasant personality
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders
  • Self-starter, ability to drive and execute projects independently with good business sense
